Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisonburg

Had to stay for work. The staff made it an absolute pleasure. Mostly dealt with Julie at front desk. She went above and beyond. Always cheerful and on top of things. Very clean, well-run hotel. I've stayed in many hotels and I can't remember leaving with one with zero complaints until now.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Alabama. Ron, Donna, and the staff are wonderful! They are so pleasant, and Ron couldn't have been more helpful when we needed an extension cord for our room. Ron even offered to order a DoorDash for my husband when he wanted a snack, but then we just decided to go out. That was nonetheless so thoughtful of him, anyway. As senior travelers, we found it to be a very safe and clean place to stay. The breakfast they offered was very good as well. We would most certainly stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here while my truck is being repaired at the Kenworth a few minutes away. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and relaxing. The front desk lady Julie was very nice and helpful. She made me feel welcomed. Kudos to her and the staff.

Great stay for a very fair price. Appeared to be very clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay there again. I am easily grossed out by hotel rooms, but was satisfied with this one. Also, you can walk through the hotel parking lot and an adjoining hotel lot and get right to the Cracker Barrel. The noise from close by 81 did not bother me at all, even without my fan or heater on. Staff was productive, helpful, and friendly.

The front desk staff member that was working when I checked in was a little rude and not very welcoming. However, when I had to visit the desk on a few different occasions on Friday during the day and Saturday morning upon checkout the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The bed in my room was a little lumpy and the room had a little bit of a musty smell. The room was adequate and I would likely stay here again if I was in the area.

We appreciated the dog friendly hotel. $40 per dog is a bit high. There was no one at the front desk the 4 times we went there this morning, this the 4 star rating. We wanted change to leave our tip for the individual who would ne cleaning our room. We remotely checked out on app. Rooms were spacious.

Room was very nice, staff at front desk was amazing, upgraded our room to a bigger size seeing we were 2 adults 2 dogs and an infant. Was super helpful and unexpected, and made that leg of our trip stress free. Would absolutely stay there again

This was a last minute stop on a drive south and we couldn’t be more pleased with the value for the money. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast offered decent options and the staff was right on top of replenishing items. Easy on and off 81. Adding our positive review to reinforce the people that reviewed before us, as that’s why we chose this hotel.
